About us

We're a small team of fantasy and science fans that had a great idea: all of the Game of Thrones characters set out in a periodic table in a meaningful, artistic and informative way. We already manage other established online stores (with hundreds of happy customers) so you're in safe hands. 

All of our products are made exclusively for us by our quality supplier in either Europe or the USA (depending on where you are) and shipped worldwide.  You won't find our products for sale anywhere else. 

DELIVERY

Is shipping really free?

It certainly is. The price you see is the price you pay. You should hopefully never have any issues with custom/import duties but if you do please let us know straightaway so we can help. However, please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for such charges.

May 2019 worldwide shipping update: in addition to free shipping on all orders to the USA/UK/Europe (which we've always done), we now offer free delivery on all orders worldwide. Please see the paragraph above regarding custom/import duties.

How long does shipping take?

We find that nearly all items arrive with our USA/UK/Europe customers within one week of ordering. However, this is only an estimate and it can sometimes take a little longer.

Please note that your products are made to order and we want to ensure that the quality is just right, so the times above are estimates. If you need items quickly or by a particular date (a birthday or Christmas gift, for example), please get in touch with us before ordering and we will see what we can do to ship your items more quickly.

Delivery may take slightly longer outside of the UK, Europe and the USA. For example, most items arrive with our Australian customers within 14-16 days of ordering, but it could take a bit longer. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

RETURNS POLICY

Item(s) are missing, faulty or weren't delivered. I've changed my mind about my item(s). Can I get a refund or exchange?

We want you to love your items. If you're not happy with your order, please let us know so we can put it right. Please get in touch as soon as possible (please note we have a 14 day return policy) and we will provide return authorisation details and mailing instructions. Any items being returned must be in brand new and unused condition.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

In cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect, we're unable to guarantee it at this stage but we want to be awesome and will do our best to refund or exchange your item. Please just let us know and we'll do our best to help. We want you to be happy.

Can I get a discount?

Yes! If you buy our product(s) and post a photo on Instagram, be sure to tag us (@tableofthrones and #tableofthrones) and we'll provide a 10% discount off your next order.

Please note that only one discount code can be used on any order and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we feel discount codes have been misused.

How can I see my home currency?

Our store used Pounds Sterling (GBP) as the default currency, but it's easy to change this to US/Canadian/Australian Dollars, Euros or South African Rand. Simply click the arrow next to 'GBP' at the top right of a page on desktop (desktop option coming soon), or on mobile click the header menu (three horizontal lines) before doing the same. You can convert prices to other currencies easily using XE's free tool (opens in a new window).

My order won't go through. Help!

1. Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

2. Still not working? Try selecting PayPal as a payment method during checkout.

3. If you're still having trouble, please get in touch and we'll help.

And now for the boring part...

What's your VAT and tax policy?

Wow, you're still reading? Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include VAT at the same rate we pay it to our EU supplier. This is reflected in our website price.

Where you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no EU/UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website and at checkout. This means that the total price you pay us for products should always be the same, regardless of whether or not VAT is chargeable on the sale.

As we expand and grow our business in more and more countries, we will look to tailor our tax position to reflect individual countries' rates. In the meantime, if you are outside of the EU and place an order for over £150 we will, on request, issue a refund to you of the VAT component (less any excess of the shipping cost). We think this is a fair approach but please get in touch if you have any questions.
